Michael Goldberg, CR, CGR
In 1979, Mike Goldberg started a small, high end commercial and residential remodeling firm specializing in working in historic homes. As a Master Electrician, Master Plumber and a Master Carpenter, Mike worked hands on for many years growing the business. This company was the foundation for the RestoreCore we know today. Mike has over 48 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry and has an unparalleled knowledge of repairing damaged buildings. Mike brings a vision for creating a company that values service and quality, above all else, in order to build his clients trust.
Mike is a Certified Restorer (CR), the highest designation given by the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. He is currently serving as Treasurer on the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Board of Directors through 2013.

Andrew Goldberg, CR, WLS
Andrew Goldberg, CR, WLS is an owner and President of RestoreCore. Andrew is a 5th generation contractor, is a Certified Restorer (CR) and a Certified Water Loss Specialist (WLS). These certifications are the highest designations given by The National Institute of Disaster Restoration and The Water Loss Institute.
Andrew has spearheaded the current growth of RestoreCore. He started in 1991 in the Central Pennsylvania office first as a project manager, then from 1995 till 2000 as the General Manager. Andrew then opened the Lehigh Valley office in 2001 and the Philadelphia (King of Prussia) office in 2003.

Brian Mohan
Brian Mohan currently serves in the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of operations and sales. He holds a WRT and FSRT designation from IICRC and is currently attending the Violand Management Executive Leadership program. Brian spent 12 years in the multi-family real estate industry, managing a portfolio of 6,000 units and 400 employees stretching across the mid-Atlantic and New England regions. Included in this portfolio were approximately 1,000 homeowner/condo association units. Brian served as a Property Manager and Owners Representative on the Board of Directors, in addition to offering asset management solutions.
A graduate of Temple University, Brian holds a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Risk Management. He graduated Cum Laude in a class of over 4,000 graduates.
Richard Emery
Richard Emery joined RestoreCore in July 2010. He is currently working in the role of Director of Operations responsible for Safety, Training and the RestoreCore Contents and Large Loss Divisions. Additionally, he oversees the Nittany Valley office. He has extensive experience in providing emergency services, focusing on building strong teams that provide a quality and professional service every single day. He is a Certified Water Technician (WRT) and certified in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) through the Clean Trust (formerly the IICRC).
Richard is originally from Scotland and moved to the USA in 2008. In Scotland he ran several well established businesses over an 18 year period. The latter of these was successfully transferred through an employee purchase.
Luis Campos
Luis Campos joined the RestoreCore team in 2012 as Director of Sales & Marketing. Luis’s responsibilities consist of managing the sales force, and also reporting to executive management on business development activity. Prior to joining RestoreCore, Luis was with Nic Zawarksi & Sons Builders/Developers, Inc. as Vice President of Sales in Eastern Pennsylvania. Before that, he was with The Governor’s Office of the Budget and The Small Business Development Center at Lehigh University. Recently, Luis was reappointed to The Work Force Investment Board for Lehigh and Northampton Counties as Co-Chair of the Industry Committee and member of the Executive Committee until 2014. Luis is a member of the Office of Minority and Women Owned Business within The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Lehigh Valley. In 2003, Luis was appointed by Governor Rendell to serve on a state wide council within the Governor's Office, and he is a former member of The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board and The Lehigh Valley Realtors Board where he chaired The Government Affairs Committee and served as treasurer in 2008. Luis earned his B.A. degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, and his M.A. at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Additionally, he completed graduate course work at New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
Rick Gerst
Rick joined the RestoreCore team in 2010 and brings nearly twenty years experience in emergency services. As General Manager for the Lehigh Valley office, Rick specializes in large projects. Building customer relationships that last and associate development have been the keys to Ricks’ success in the industry. Rick brings a vast amount of accreditations and extensive training to his position at RestoreCore.

Alan Horenbein
Alan joined the Restorecore Management Team in 2009 as the General Manager of the Central Jersey office. He brings to RestoreCore nearly twenty years of construction industry experience in the New Jersey / New York Metropolitan Region. He is well experienced in managing projects of all sizes and has acted in the role of Construction Manager, General Contractor and Owner’s Representative. Alan brings a keen eye for detail and high standards with regard to quality and customer service.
A graduate from Temple University, Alan holds a BA in Psychology. He has earned a certificate from Middlesex County College in Construction Management and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Certified as a Restoration Technician through the Restoration Industry Association, and is certified by the National Center for Healthy Housing as a Lead Renovator. He actively participates in many industry organizations including the New Jersey Apartment Association, IREM Chapter 1, CAI of New Jersey, and the Middlesex County Region Chamber of Commerce.
Alan Rosenberg
Alan has been a member of the RestoreCore family since 2002. Al started in the King of Prussia office as a project manager/estimator. He was successfully promoted to General Manager in 2004. Alan has a vast knowledge of the reconstruction industry and has a very wide commercial base in the Philadelphia area. Alan has been certified in the following areas: Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor, IICRC - Water Damage Restoration, Certified Restoration Technician, Successful Subrogation I & II.He actively participates in many industry organizations including AAGP, BOMA, DAA, NJAA and PenndelAHMA.
